We love all of our clients at Pure Skin and Beauty, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. BOOKINGS
We value your time and love you supporting our small business!
Everyone receives an sms message to confirm their appointments 48 hours prior to their appointment and we ask that you please reply to that message to lock in your appointment.
Booking Deposits of 50% will now be a MUST and need to be paid a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment and this can be done by phoning the clinic on 0431000647.
If you need your appointment rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
If you are on a prepaid package you do not need to pay a Booking Deposit however if we don’t receive 24 hours notice, that service will come off your package.
